Keynote Speakers 1:Dr. Guohua Xie 
Wuhan University, China 
Dr. Guohua Xie obtained his Ph.D. degree from Jilin University (China) in 2011, working on OLED microdisplays. From August 2011, Dr. Xie carried out his postdoctoral research at TU Dresden (Germany), sponsored by Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. From January 2013 to January 2015, Dr. Xie worked at the Organic Semiconductor Center of the University of St Andrews. Since January 2015, he has been serving as an associate professor at the College of Chemistry and Molecular Sciences of Wuhan University (China), focusing on the interdisciplinary research of solution-processed organic optoelectronic materials and devices. Dr. Xie has co-authored over 190 peer-reviewed publications with a H-index of 44 and contributed to three edited books on organic optoelectronics. In 2020, Dr. Xie has been admitted as a Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry.

Keynote Speakers 2:Dr.Chun-Fu Chen 
Chung-Hua University,Taiwan 
Dr. Chun-Fu Chen received his B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan; and his M. S. and Ph. D., both in Engineering Mechanics from Virginia Tech (VPI & SU, USA). He joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Chung-Hua University in Taiwan in 1992. Dr. Chen had ever served as Head, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering (2001/02/01 ~ 2003/07/31); Director, Teaching and Development Center (07/01/2012 - 01/31/2013) and Dean, College of Engineering (02/01/2016 – 07/31 /2017). He is now a professor in Dept. of Mechanical Engineering. His current research interests include (i) Structural simulation of micro sensing and actuating devices, nonlinear large deflection of layered MEMS elements, and studies of elastic bossed-devices and related piezoelectric effects, for applications in medical and energy harvesting area, in particular; (ii) Lateral three dimensional contact and low-speed impact problems of composite laminates, including the study of associated three dimensional inter-laminar behaviors; and (iii) Large deformation in diametrical compression of composite cylinders and ring structures. He has published more 90 peer-reviewed technical papers. His academic service experiences in the recent years include (i) Member of editorial board of academic SCI journals; (ii) Paper reviewers of more than 10 technical journals and 7 international conferences; (iii) Symposium Developer & TPC members for 8 international conferences (including 3 Int. Conf. Keynote Speakers); (iv) Session Chairs of 7 international conferences (including experiences of 1 General-Co-Chair and 1 Editor of Int. Conf.)...

Keynote Speakers 3:Dr.Wei Min Huang 
Nanyang Technological University, Singapore 
Dr Wei Min Huang is currently an Associate Professor (tenured) at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. With over 25 years of experience on various shape memory materials (alloy, polymer, composite and hybrid), he has published over 200 papers in journals, such as Accounts of Chemical Research, Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews, and Materials Today, and has been invited to review manuscripts from over 290 international journals (including Progress in Polymer Science, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, and Advanced Functional Materials, etc), project proposals from American Chemical Society, Hong Kong Research Grants Council, etc, and book proposals from Springer, Elsevier  and CRC. He has published two books (Thin film shape memory alloys – fundamentals and device applications, Polyurethane shape memory polymers) and is currently on the editorial board of over three dozen of journals.
